I’m not a fan of home workouts. I have all the gear but they just don’t do it for me. I have also had a hard time exercising and going for runs or walks with the dogs. So to say I haven’t put on weight during this COVID period would be a lie. The claim of the mysteriously shrinking jeans would also lack the conformity of truth.
I have tried to stay healthy and eat the right foods. There has been the temptation to snack and enjoy some beers with friends. It was when I tried on my jeans recently to go out that surprised me. To prevent a scene like the one in Seinfeld (see below), I thought it was time to eat some good body foods for the next few weeks and walk the dogs daily.
